A word about the Experience
Chef & Owner @ Beycam Authentic Malabar & @ Amido Truly Italian, Bangalore India, Chef Ajimon is a multi cuisine chef with a focus on special diets. Born in Cochin, Chef Ajimon started his culinary journey in 2001, in the kitchens of the Malabar House, Ford Cochin, run by a German couple. Dubai came calling in 2006 and he continued to explore the culinary world through the international kitchens, he worked in the top hotels of Dubai. He prides himself on the knowledge he has gathered from the use of ingredients and techniques, unique to different cuisines and their cultures.
He has the distinction of working in BBC award winning Best Health food Restaurants in UAE – Eat Well & Cycle Bistro (2016)
With over 12 years of experience, Chef Ajimon is a bundle of innovation, passion and expertise. Back in India in 2019, he thoroughly enjoys experimenting with ingredients to create innovative flavors and fusion cuisine.
