A word about the Experience

Critically acclaimed and National Award winning – Chef Altamsh, has risen the ranks from Management Trainee to Executive Chef in a short span of 9 years. He became one of the youngest Executive Chefs of a five star hotel at the age of 28.

11 years into the profession and his love, commitment and passion for the culinary arts is evident in his meticulous precision, planning and execution of every dish. With a focus on the highest quality of ingredients, he uses his creativity and skill to create recipes that are rich in flavor and visually appealing. 

Alumni of Taj Group Of Hotels & The Park Hotels, he now leads the culinary team at Oakwood Premier Prestige, Bangalore.

  • Award and Star Chef of India 2019

Leader, Mentor, TV Show Host, Judge, Teacher and Consultant, he represented Culinary Team India at World Chefs Congress 2018, Malaysia. He is the Joint Secretary of Western India Culinary Association (WICA).
