A word about the Experience

Our founder and Plant Chef creatively weaves three unique disciplines of Architecture, Sustainability & Food. She founded aĚ table chez Anou in Geneva, Switzerland with a firm belief that the only way to truly savour the flavours of a great meal is in the company of a Chef. Her plant-based experiences are rooted firmly in a culinary journey of east meets west, ingrained in ayurvedic principles. Her original recipes use influences from her travels and other plant-based gurus. Plant based food, based entirely on healthy food choices is cuisine neutral. Her recipes focus on seasonal, local, and fresh nutrition enhancing ingredients like nutritional yeast, psyllium husk, nut milks and legumes that add unique flavour and texture.
