Chef Kyoumars menus are subtly spiced, delicate in flavour and equally gentle in appearance. His creations are characterised by the use of lime and saffron, blended with fruits, nuts & spices.
Central to Persian Cuisine are – rice, meat, vegetables, nuts, herbs, spices (namely saffron, turmeric, sumac, cumin, pepper, fennel & cinnamon), yogurt and fruits such as plums, pomegranates, quince, prunes, apricots and raisins.
He is passionate about poetry, history & his cooking is sure to offer a memorable Persian Experience.
One of the oldest Iranian drinks, is made of honey and vinegar – sometimes seasoned with mint.
LOOLY KEBOB (NV)
It’s a variety of pan kebob, composed of ground lamb, finely chopped garlic, herbs and eggs.
ZERESHK PULAO ZAFERANI WITH CHICKEN (NV)
Flavourful Persian saffron steamed rice served with Chicken and sauce.
Muhallebi is a milk pudding made with flour, sugar, saffron, egg, milk and wheat starch. It is decorated with crushed pistachios, almonds and rose petals.
