A word about the Experience
Chef Rashmi has always been a foodie and loved to experiment with different recipes. For years her friends and family encouraged her to take up cheffing professionally because of her innovation in the kitchen.
Five years ago Rashmi started her chef life which focused on delivering homemade food. Whatever she sent out to her clients, would also feed her family. Recently she won a Master Homechef competition held at The Taj which catapulted her into new heights of the chef life.

A snack cutlet of potato and green peas, served with ‘khatti meethi’ chutney and onion slices.
SAI BHAJI WITH PUDINA RICE (V)
A combination of gram dal and variety of veggies cooked together. Served with flavourful pudina rice and a dry slider of paneer & capsicum.
BAIDA PAKODA (NV)
Boiled egg coated with gramflour and deep fried – a famous Sindhi delicacy.
CHICKEN RASILA WITH PUDINA RICE (NV)
Bone chicken pieces cooked in an onion & tomato curry – served with mint flavoured rice & pickled onion salad.
Halwa prepared with roasted wheat flour and organic jaggery – a healthy flavourful dessert.
