A word about the Experience

Chef Rashmi has always been a foodie and loved to experiment with different recipes. For years her friends and family encouraged her to take up cheffing professionally because of her innovation in the kitchen. 

Five years ago Rashmi started her chef life which focused on delivered homemade food. Whatever she sent out to her clients, would also feed her family. Recently she won a Master Homechef competition held at The Taj which catapulted her into new heights of the chef life.

Minced lamb covered with mashed potatoes seasoned with chef’s secret masalas bringing you the perfect start to your meal! Served along with Mint chutney, lemon wedge and onion rings!

COURSE 2

Seyal Paneer (V)
Chunks of cottage cheese cooked in a coarse coriander and garlic paste, bringing about the right spice and flavor giving your taste buds a treat! Served over a bed of rice along with some masala Okra’s.

Lehsooni Seyal Murgh
Morsels of boneless chicken cooked in a coarse coriander and garlic paste, bringing about the right spice and flavour giving your taste buds a treat! Served over a bed of rice along with some masala Okra’s.

Something Sweet​

Mango Phirni
Yes, you heard that right! A rich, creamy milk based pudding with the chefs twist of mango! Slow cooked in condensed milk along with nuts for the right amount of crunch. Well this couldn’t get better!
